By the Numbers (7/3-7/5)

Happy Independence Day Weekend!

Keeping track of what I spent this three day weekend (most expenses are accrued on the weekends for me):

• Q Noodle – $10
• The Hat – $12
• Lucky Brand – $13 (got 75% off a $50 pair of shorts!)
• The Red Ant – $10
• Indian Buffet – $17
• Phoenix – $3
• Class 302 – $7

Total: $72

Me and Bae were previously thinking of taking an overnight 4th of July weekend vacation in San Diego to visit La Jolla’s beaches and walk through downtown San Diego. But because the hotel prices are kind of expensive right now (average four star ones are $150 per night) and since we just came back from a five-day trip in New York (attending a friend’s wedding) about a month and half ago, we decided to call it off.

Instead we attended Bae’s co-worker’s BBQ party to celebrate 4th of July and walked around in Downtown Disney. That was fun too, you don’t need to spend a lot of money and travel in order to enjoy life.

Although… I still have tickets for the San Diego zoo (long story) so we need to head down south sometime.
