Spent this long weekend relaxing in San Diego.

Numbers for this weekend will be shockingly high compared to normal. But there are reasons for this:

  1. Long five day weekend
  2. Me and Bae’s anniversary.

So without further ado:

Friday (went to San Diego Zoo and then hit up Downtown San Diego):

  • $17 – Boston Kitchen
  • $5 – Giraffe feeding in SD Zoo (3 biscuits only!)
  • $42 – La Puerte (good mexican food & drinks)
  • $7 – Xavier’s Bar & Grill (cheap beer)

Saturday (sightseeing in La Jolla Beaches and stores):

  • $24 – The Cottage (good tuna melt!)
  • $20 – The Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant – Oyster Bar (got 8 different types of oysters – very fresh)
  • $118 – The Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant (most money I ever spent in a restaurant for two people… got swordfish and #1 grade Ahi Tuna… the crab cakes were awesome)
  • $8 – Taste and Thirst (drinks suck… amazingly watered-down Long Island Ice Tea… didn’t even know that was possible, aren’t they suppose to be one of the strongest drinks?)

Sunday (walked around Old Town San Diego and headed back home):

  • $17 – Burger Lounge (gourmet burgers & awesome service)
  • $15 – Extraordinary Desserts (they serve more than desserts… who knew? got coffee and creme brulee)
  • $31 – Cafe Coyote (good mexican food again)
  • $3.50 – Jasmine Ice Tea
  • $5 – CVS

Monday

  • $17 – Xi Fan (Chinese porridge – forgot name of restaurant)
  • $45 – Haircut
  • $17 – Pho (don’t remember restaurant’s name)

Tuesday

  • $24 – Fusion Shabu Shabu (grand opening so $10 per person)

Total: $415.50
